Saeeda was born (May 21) in Dubai and brought up in New York, United States. She belongs to a Kashmiri Family. Saeeda went to Walt Whitman High School in Long Island, New York and then Stony Brook University and got a degree in Psychology, partially minor as Sociology. She was also the president of Club D.S.A at Stony Brook University for about two years in Long island, New York.

She loves to act, dance, cook, swim, play badminton, shop around, listen to music depending on her mood and admires Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Roxen, 56ix and Jagit Singh.

Saeeda started organizing chaand raat melas, concerts and gigs when she was at her university, off campus and on campus at a very young age with the help of her elder brothers and family. She organized it with few of the most talented artists of Pakistan such as Roxen, Josh, Jimmy Attre and Natasha back home and plans on to continue with it and her acting career as well.

Saeeda has worked in an upcoming film 'Kaptaan', a movie on the life of Pakistani politician, social worker and former cricketer Imran Khan.
